Orange Tree Films is an independent boutique full-service video production and creative powerhouse based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, known for narrative-driven ad films that appeal to a wide range of viewers. Ever since its inception in 2004, Orange Tree has consistently delivered a unique communication experience — dramatic, emotionally appealing and participatory to the defined target audience.

Founder

Dhanush Natarajan

Director & Producer - Orange Tree Films

Born into a creative family to Mr. AK. Natarajan, a multifaceted professional photographer, and Mrs. AK. Janaki, an art teacher, Dhanush is a photographer turned Ad filmmaker.

Dhanush started his creative cum professional journey as a photographer in Coimbatore and later joined actor and filmmaker Kamal Haasan as his assistant in the direction department. He worked as an Assistant Director in Kamal Haasan's Virumaandi & Mumbai Express.

After learning filmmaking from the genius, he later moved on to establishing his own Ad Film making company, The Orange Tree Films, in 2004.

As an Ad Filmmaker he has an established track record of presenting dramatically compelling and emotionally endearing stories to sell brands. Today, Orange Tree has emerged as a name to reckon with in the industry, bringing path-breaking ideas from light to life.
